Wendy's - Falmouth

I’ll come here every two months expecting things to get better but they never do. Poor service, lack of care and lack of knowledge of the English language. Walked to the counter.. ordered a #2 Baconator the person taking my order could not understand me.they flung a burger together in 2 sec handed to me. Unwrapped it and found it to be a number one with pickles which I get sick from They replaced the order with a pre wrapped sandwich and it was cold with unmelted cheese. that’s a $16 meal and a 30 minute lunch break out the window. Had to grab something else to eat. Absolutely terrible food, and service every time I come. I’d try McDonalds at least they pretend to care.

Prices have gone up recently, but you can get a meal for a moderate price. I love their classic chicken sandwich it's what I usually get when I go there. Their chocolate frosty is very good, but I don't care for the vanilla or specialty flavors. The chocolate frosty tastes a little like tootsie rolls to me. I like it because it's not too sweet. The vanilla is not very sweet either, but the vanilla flavor tastes artificial to me. Their specialty/seasonal flavors are sickeningly sweet, in my opinion. The classic chicken sandwich is battered deep fried. It's not terribly healthy, but it's okay for an occasional meal. The sandwich contains mayonnaise, lettuce, tomatoes pickles. I usually take the pickles out eat them separately, but they're also good in the sandwich. I don't care for their fries at all. They are skin-on fries, which I normally like a lot, but at Wendy's, they taste like they weren't cleaned well before being sliced. At this location, the fries taste like they're cooked in old oil. The oil in their fryer needs to be changed more often. I don't notice it in the chicken, but the sandwich has lots of other competing flavors that block out any taste from the oil. I don't usually get the fries. Years ago, they used to carry side salads I ordered them instead of fries, but they're no longer offered. I've had several of their burger flavors they're all good. I appreciate that the burgers are made of fresh beef, but in my opinion, they are way too greasy. They really ought to be drained of oil in some way before assembling the sandwiches. That's the main reason I usually order the chicken. There are also grilled chicken options, which is nice. I don't usually order dessert, except for chocolate frosties I use them as a drink, rather than a dessert. Often, I'll add a little of my coffee to the chocolate frosty stir it. It makes mocha flavor it's easier to drink when thinned. I have ordered some of their salads those I've had are very good. But I usually feel as though I need something with the salad, like a roll or a half sandwich. For that reason, I don't usually order their salads. The baked potatoes taste like they've been precooked then reheated. They aren't very good. That's all of the menu items I've tried. I have never had their cookies because I'm not fond of store bought cookies. I like Wendy's occasionally for a quick meal, or when we are yraveling. We'll often pick up a meal to eat on the way. I've never tried their breakfasts.

Order breakfasts no one was behind be in the drive thru but still was said to pull up and my breakfasts took 5 min to make and the eggs where over greasy like the grill was not cleaned from the night before.
