Guallpa's Green Bati Juice - FAR HILLS

I visited this restaurant on a whim. They have a wide variety of juices, acai and pitaya bowls, and pre-made dishes in a display case. I tried a green juice called "Carlos" (I assume named after an employee who created the recipe) and it was delicious. I also ordered a vegan Cobb salad, which was just okay. The corn in the salad seemed canned and not fresh, which was a letdown.

I was craving some healthy options, so I decided to try this restaurant. They have a wide variety of juices, Acai Pitaya bowls, and prepared food in the refrigerator.
