At night, the cash register has a strange smell, almost like grass. The cooler in the storage area isn't working properly. I've witnessed numerous instances of theft firsthand, and it seems like the cameras aren't being monitored."
Just stopped her to grab some gas before I head out to the airport. I had the pleasure of interacting with a few of the employees here. They were delightful. The lady who made my sub is a great sales person and promoted other items to me to goo with my sub. She wished me safe travels and asked me to come back. The young lady at the check out was also very sweet and had a friendly smile. Great hidden gem.
The selection of desserts is fantastic, and the pizza is delicious and reasonably priced (especially with discounts). The staff is friendly and helpful. I don’t visit often, but I always leave satisfied when I do. Casey has consistently impressed me with his other dishes as well.
I had to give this place 1 star, or I would have given it none. It took an astonishing 4 minutes just to cut a pizza! I mean, 4 whole minutes! I had preordered my pizza and waited an additional 6 minutes before any of the 5 employees in the pizza section even acknowledged me. In total, it took 15 minutes for a pizza that should have been ready when I arrived. This place deserves no stars.
They have some great people that work there but they never stick around for long. They either need to pay a little more to be competitive or get different management that will be more hands on. Anytime I would get coffee early morning on my way to work it would be full of coffee grounds, every time. I?ve had a guy follow me around asking me if I wanted him to make me a pizza (surprise I didn?t I just wanted him to leave me alone). If they could keep the people that actually care then it would be a much better place.
