Chipotle Mexican Grill - Fargo

Went to the 25th street location on 4/1/24 4/2/24. Needless to say my order wasn't completed as promised according to the online app. Was told it would be an additional 10 minutes after the time it stated . I was told today to pull around the building and get back in line or enter the building and wait for the order on both occasions. I told them I would wait at the window and get my order instead, which this angered the staff member(wish I would have got her name). Yesterday's order was hot outside and ice cold on the inside. Always here the old line that we are working shorthanded. This is not acceptable and you really need to get more workers in there on busy days. For all that wait time on the 2 orders, there should have been a refund for the extended time sitting in line.

Kevin did an amazing job today!! he was quick friendly and working extremely hard. he was picking up the slack from others for sure. very impressed and will go out of my way to come back to this specific location.

Ordered my meal at 4:30 for a 5:30 pickup. Got there and only 50% of my meal was given to me. They did not make the other 50% for some reason. I then got the opportunity to sit and wait another 25 minutes to make 1 burrito, 1 single taco and large chips and guacamole.

Great experience! Got our food quickly and it was tasty.

It was pretty awesome until I found a large chunk of the ingredient bag in my burrito.So much for microplastics.
