Rosey's Bistro - Fargo

Great lunch experience! Warm ambience, unique decor, excellent service and fantastic food. The classic grilled cheese sandwich, tator tots and cream of tomato soup were amazing. The chef even came to our table to ask our opinion about the special of the day. I'll be back again soon to sample the wine selection and dessert!

Takes a lot for me to rave a bout a place but this is my favorite restaurant in Fargo. Everything from the lighting to the table design is on point. Hats off to Tim and his staff for making the only true speak easy in North Dakota.

Seriously. When I walked in, the staff and servers were all smiles. The manager walked around and greeted everyone's table to make sure things were going well. The live music was amazing. And the food! Dont get me started! I had the BGT and I felt like I died and went to heaven when I took the first bite. Very very impressed. Will be back. 10/10 would recommend.

Our group of friend stopped at this restaurant. I tried the Mediterranean Salmon Salad...to die for! The venue was so cool raw, open tall ceilings with really unique decorations. The owner, Rosey, even came over to greet us at our table to see if we were well taken care of and asked where our group was from. Very friendly and we appreciated the personal touch of him coming over to our table to introduce himself. You won't be disappointed in the food...and the Bison Mules were awesome!

We had a fabulous grilled cheese sandwich! The best we have ever had! Delicious wild rice cranberry bread with Gouda cheese and bacon and a great side salad! You must go!Sat outside Great service!
