How many 1 star reviews because of wait times before yall fix the problem? Zzzzz

I just waited thirty minutes in the drive through for one drink that I mobile ordered. The order was set to be ready at 11:35 and I didn’t get up to the window and have my drink until 11:57. The workers were super friendly but the wait was unreal. I’ve worked in food services and I understand rushes, but this wasn’t a rush, there was only two cars ahead of me and one behind me. I will never come back to this location and will stick to the Kirsten lane Starbucks.

The wait times here are insane!! Was not even served because we walked out after waiting for 15 minutes.

I hate to do this but the wait was absolutely ridiculous. I mobile ordered 30 minutes before my drink was ready. People who came to order inside got their drink before me. I used to work as a barista and I totally understand the busy rushes and stress but this is wild. Someone needs to staff this location better honestly because it should not take 30 minutes for one drink.

The service here was really great, fast and the drinks/food were hot. However, the sandwich was really greasy and the bacon tasted like it was undercooked it was floppy and fatty. I doubt that it's a location specific issue and more of a chain issue, but it was quite off putting. Again, the baristas here were amazing though!
