Starbucks - Farmers Branch

My order was not correct, I called the place but they do not answer the calls

Wait times at this location might not be 30 mins in the drive thru and 20 mins for an online order if staff weren’t pausing to use their nasty cell phones while making orders. The staff here is generally rude, and will completely ignore you when you try to ask about your order you’ve been standing and staring at them waiting on for 20 mins.

My visit to this Starbucks fell short of expectations. The service was disappointingly slow, as mentioned in other reviews. It felt like they ignored customers until it suited them, and there were instances of forgetting orders. Additionally, the attempt to coerce a tip during payment was off-putting. Doubtful about returning. ?

I live closer to another dieucks, but I always come to this, the facility is clean, everyone is super nice, at some point I don't even need coffee to wake me up only on this sunshine people! great work to the manager lowell bekker! specialkudos after lealgha! love this place all the employees!

Employees are very nice. They always seem to be out of something when other starbucks have it always. And even with a order ahead pick up. Service is slow.
