Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

Tonight, I attempted to place an order at the drive-thru of my local steak burger joint, Freddy's. I was really excited to get a California burger and raspberry tea, but my enthusiasm quickly faded while I was trying to order. The woman taking my order was incredibly rude and seemed very angry; she wouldn't listen to me at all. Her pushy attitude made the experience frustrating, so I ultimately decided to abandon my plans for the steak burger and go to Slim Chickens instead. It was definitely a disappointing experience.

I asked if the patty melts came with two patties and was told they did. I ordered one, but when it arrived, it only had one patty. The staff had to make another one, and it was the same issue. I asked if it had one patty or two, and they said it was two because it was cut in half, with one on each side. Haha. The manager then offered to make it correctly, but I was in a hurry, so I opted for a refund. It's disappointing because I really liked it. They don't make their patty melts the way they're advertised.

So disgusting. Burger was flat and dry. So flat that it did not fit in the bun. I ended up just feeding it to my dogs

The steak burgers are interesting. The Patty melt awesome. The French fries are addicting. The frozen custard is to die for. It is so smooth and creamy. Yumm

I had a concerning experience at the Freddy's in Farmington. An employee in the kitchen had an inappropriate exchange with a police officer who was ordering food. Management did not address the situation, which is disappointing. I strongly recommend that people avoid dining at the Farmington Freddy's until management resolves this issue and makes it clear that action has been taken. My family will not support any business that permits such behavior.
