Kfc - Farmington

Talk about lackluster and boring. While the service was unremarkable the food was....unappetizing at best. Pricy menu. And midget tenders that I paid full price for. These looked like left over pieces, they just threw into the box. 5 tenders was morelike 3.5 if you pieced all of them together. My desire to goto KFC Is pretty much zero. How can McDs and King Whooper beat outreal chicken? Dunno either, but they can.

When they get your order right it's awesome they have gotten way better at paying attention to detail all in all I love that my family of 5 can eat for around $30 and all get full

It was good, except it could have turned on more heat. My area was cold, not appealing while I try to enjoy your food. I wish they could come with some gluten-free options.

I called the store to explain the situation to the assistant manager, but she was not receptive to my concerns. All she kept repeating was that once the chicken leaves the store, they are not responsible for replacing it. We ended up in a disagreement about how they had packed too much food into one bag, which led to the handle breaking. When I asked her if I could purchase an additional bag, she informed me that they charge 10 cents per bag. I expressed that I definitely would have bought a bag for each item if I had known this was an option. It seemed common sense to me not to cram three containers of potatoes, a coleslaw, three gravy containers, a 16-piece bucket of chicken, and a box of biscuits into one bag. I then requested to speak to the manager, but she told me to request a refund through DoorDash, completely ignoring that it was their fault for overfilling the bag in the first place. I plan to call corporate tomorrow, and we will never patronize this KFC again. I'll also share our experience on Facebook so our friends can avoid this place too. All of this over a bucket of chicken they refused to replace. They've been rude during our previous visits, but this experience takes the cake.

I had a pleasant experience at the bar thanks to a courteous young man. I really enjoyed the classic sandwich; it was delicious and crispy. The place was also very clean.
