Slapfish - Farmington

Well, the menu has changed. It used to have better sauces available for your fish entre. Also, the portions of fish were significantly larger. I do like the food, whereas I used to love it.Food: 4/5

Fries 10/10 perfect. ??Lobster Roll (cold) 6.5/10 good but not worth the ???. There were some shells in my lobster and it was a little tough. Flavor was good not great. And it was expensive.Service 8/10 good. They did make a mistake with our order that was immediately acknowledged and fixed. The restaurant was clean and comfortable but the napkins weren't stocked.

If I had to choose 1 restaurant to go to for the rest of my life, this would be it. I love seafood and fish. Slapfish does not disappoint. Presentation is beautiful, service is excellent, food preparation is fast, and everything is as fresh as you can get for Utah. They were recently bought out and the changes are great. Improved menu, atmosphere, and quality overall. Great variety without being overwhelming.

10/10. The food was bomb but don’t get the truffle tater tots…the truffle taste was super strong and honestly just not good to either of us. The poke bowl was super fresh and yummy and we didn’t get sick or anything so it was definitely safe. The fish and chips were super good and crispy and the the dipping sauce was to die for. Overall everything tasted amazing and we’ll be back!

The company has undergone what looks like an overhaul. The menu has changed and I did not have a great experience with my meal. I took a few bites, and there was next to no lobster in my Lobster and crab melt (formerly the clobster). I paid $18 for a grilled cheese, basically. Sorry guys, I used to be a loyal customer, but the cost cuts to my meal is losing you a customer. Sorry…
