Mcdonald's - Farmville

A few days later, we returned and both ordered the #1 Big Mac, one with only salad, pickles, and mustard, and the other with Coke while I had Sprite. However, when we placed our order, both Big Macs somehow ended up with salad, pickles, and mustard on them, and they forgot our large drinks. The staff during the morning and lunch shifts seem unmotivated and disorganized. I had to go inside to get my drink myself. Really, McDonald’s? It's very disappointing to see such a lack of service. Get it together!

Traffic lined up to the street yet the employees had it all under control and the line moved quickly and the food was fresh and ready at the window when I got there. Amazing crew the day before Thanksgiving!!!!

This is consistently worse McDonalds ever! I wish I could rate it no stars. Orders are frequently wrong, not fresh, only a few friendly associates. I understand occasionally an order being wrong but my goosh. The only reason why I've gone back is because my kids have a lot of food allergies and its only one of a couple of places that serve allergy friend foods. Otherwise, I would avoid at all costs

Usually the service isn 't bad here, but today I was asked to pull up to wait on two McCafe drinks. I was not mad at all until I had waited 15 minutes (NOT an exaggeration) while everyone was getting orders and steadily ordered and left. I finally went inside to be greated by a young girl that had my order when I was heading towards the counter. I asked her to explain to me WHY it took over 15 minutes for two drinks. She just said sorry and I don 't know . That 's unacceptable! To top it off I still had to go to the counter to get my own straws. Hope the customer service reads this and treats people better.
