Da Silvè - FASANO

We've been traveling Italy for the last week, and this was the most delicious and memorable restaurant (hands down). It's not the typical pasta meat affair; Silvè and Mama cook up a huge variety of different dishes spanning vegetables, breads, pastas, meats, sweets, and delicious wine liquor. Along the way, Silvè and Mama deliver an infectious upbeat and fun atmosphere, that'll leave you smiling throughout your meal. They welcome you with a warm embrace and you get another on your way out. This is such a gem with delicious food, great value, and amazing service. You definitely must stop by if you are nearby (or make a trip of it and come by).

We loved this place so much! Such great hosts. There is no menu, a mother and son feed you until you’re full. We felt very taken care of. Amazing food. Great wine. A must visit in Fasano. Reserve your table ahead of time as they do not take walk-ins and there are only 6 tables.
