Forchetta Di Mare - FASANO

We went to eat at the fish shop in Torre Canne and were pleasantly impressed by everything. Apparently it may seem like a simple place but when we started to taste the gastronomic specialties it was all exceptional. It is the ideal place for dinners with friends or with your family to taste all the fish voucher directly from the counter, from the raw sea to the baked fish and the inevitable frying. We will definitely return.

Nice and charming place. Good service. Quality food but excessive costs. 18 euros for a spaghetto with the clams is a bit out of measure. With 40 euros per head I would have had a serious fish eat!! !

We stayed in 5 4 adults and a boy), we asked appetizer of oysters, 2 fries, 2 consisting of eggplant, a plate of bruschette with stracciatella and anchovies in exchange of tentacles on bed of chickpeas that was missing), a rosé wine of primitive Manduria. All 110€ Negative points: Fries arrived before the appetizers, puts water a woman served last. At the request of the dessert only one available of the only three present in the menu. Overall rating: Beautiful place, sober and elegant, Fish and derivatives very well served and of extreme quality and freshness even if I did NOT seem to have seen local fish). I will return to have a direct comparison with other restaurants where fish and derivatives are served at the same level. Already from the first visit I learned that the level of the price is quite high compared to other restaurants of equal quality, the atypicalness of not serving first does not represent a point of force subjective opinion).

Almost by chance, On holiday in Fasano.... I happened to enter this fish shop!!! I bought some sea raw: carpaste various and seafood.... all fresh.... you still fish alive at 20:30 in the evening!! 10e lode takeaway pack,with plenty of ice under and cover above! Recommended for lovers of raw and fish in general! !
