Dairy Queen Grill Chill - Fayette

I don't go here often because the food is seldom fresh or made right, still living up to Fayette DQ standards. One of the driest burgers I've ever had.

Service is by far the slowest in the area. You could probably go to a dine in restaurant and eat faster than you get your drive through order here. They don't offer dine in and the the food you get in drive through is slopped together and messy. Hard toeat a burger with the outside of the bun covered in sauce when trying to also drive. This place is continuously going down hill.Only gave two stars because staff was friendly and polite.

We first walked in and the store is newly remodeled. It looks like it'll be a nice place but the customer service is ridiculous. The crew is extremely unprofessional..the manager walks around with a backwards hat not helping his new employees. The guy cooking in the back, has ear buds in and was playing on his phone. Set his phone down put gloves on and started making food. After he made the food he got back on his phone for a bit then he had his head laying on the counter. The food was made wrong and we had to have it remade. The food was cold. The only employee we encountered that was nice and trying to be helpful was the guy who just started and couldn't get anyone to help him.
