I dined at Emmet's tonight with my wife and we had a pleasant experience with a new waitress named Amethyst. She was very friendly while taking our order, and our drinks, salad, and bread arrived quickly. However, our entrees were delayed because she unfortunately made a mistake when placing the order. She was very apologetic, and the team quickly worked to get our entrees out right away. The food was excellent, as we’ve come to expect. As a gesture for the error, they did not charge us for the meal, which was unexpected but very much appreciated. We still gave a tip to Amethyst and thanked her for her service. I believe she has the potential to be a great waitress. Emmet's continues to be one of the best dining spots in the area, including Columbia. We highly recommend Emmet's and will definitely return.

I am never disappointed when I dine here. I usually order the bayou shrimp, catfish, or a burger. This time, I took home the BBQ salmon, and it was outstanding.

This was our first visit to Emmet's, despite our son being a junior at CMU. We absolutely loved it! The food was fantastic, and we will definitely be returning.
