Applebee's Grill - Fayetteville

Haven't been in a while but this place once was one of my favorite places to dine at. Food was good and the server, Taylor was excellent. My issue is the upkeep of the building. Like other locations, the walls and decor seem to be updated however the tables and chairs need replaced. The bathroom needs to be remodeled, the door looks a mess and the floor was slippery. Felt like a dirty bathroom at a truck stop.. The restaurant as a whole had an old smell.. Very uncomfortable..

Always a great Go To for company visiting, rather dining in, online order, or curbside. Food quality is appreciative, pricing fair, and great staff.

I didn't think an O'Charleys could be bad but this location just need to do better. We were seated after a humongous party of people left. Table after table was torn up not cleaned. You saw folks walking around but it seems like if that wasn't their job title they were not going to bust any tables. It took forever for the server to come to our table. He seemed a bit distracted like he was rushing to get to another table. I ordered a specific flavor of salad dressing and he brought me something else. I didn't even bother to correct him. Nope not gonna waste my time. I tried the deviled eggs here. The yellow part was runny and tasteless. I should have sent them back but how could AI because we couldn't find our server Just no love from these folks at all. Oh and the table behind us had leftover plates with food in them the entire time we were there.

Whyyyyyyyy did i not look at the reviews first. Here i thought hmmm O'charley's in conyers was awesome so let me grab a bite at this one. Boy was i wrong and disappointed. First they said 20 minutes for 2 orders of chicken tenders with sweet potatoes fries, ok no problem. We gave them 20 minutes and how and why was our food cold like it was made an hour before our call. The tenders were so thin and hard. I was wondering did they give us a kids meal? Well anyway i was hot and mad that i didn't open my food before i left. How can you make sweet potatoes fries salty and greasy and cold on a fresh new order you don't). Well least to say we will never be going back to this location even if I'm starving again like i was. Oh i forgot, the rolls we soooo love look like they were suffering from heat stroke they were dried out and rubbery. Honey mustard was like watery stretched much) Never ever again. Hurry and close so something else tasty can take over this building. P. S. Staff good food horrible!!!!!

I never eat here but let me tell you, this reaffirms the reason why: Everything was cold. Roast beef ai jus did not have au jus, Bread was cold and hard, fries were cold and floppy, chicken tenders were cold and dry. This may be why the chain is failing. This is really on me.. I should know better.
