Eat My Catfish - Fayetteville

This was my first time eating here and it did not disappoint. The catfish and shrimp were fresh and hot and the hush puppies were good. I prefer tartar sauce with a little bit of sweetness so I poured a little of the tomato relish juice in there and stirred it up. That worked well. I also added a little to the Cole slaw. The tase was fine, just drier than my preference so the relish juice took care of that as well. Overall I do recommend and would definitely go back when I’m in the area again.

The food had no taste. We had fried catfish and blackened shrimp. It was like they added water to the Cajun rice to make it go further. I won't be going back.

The cocktail sauce on the self serve looked like red oil. The servers were aware. I have been there twice and haven't been very impressed.

Air conditioner was out and the employee never said a word until I asked why it was so hot in there so we took our food to go! The cook was very nice and we liked the catfish but he got my husband’s dinner wrong. The lady tried to argue with us but the cook apologized and gave him his catfish but it was blackened and he ordered fried. Then the coleslaw was spoiled so we couldn’t eat it! The catfish and shrimp had very good flavor but the whole experience wasn’t great! Won’t be back!

For what you pay and what you get was poorly disappointed used to be good but that’s all the fries you get for a meal that’s already 10 bucks im a chef for a living and I understand but this is ridiculous probably not ever coming back quality has went to the
