I just want to say what amazing help I had here today with my son. Your employee Deb went out of her way to help with my son and get him a highchair. She was very sweet and made sure to say bye on the way out. Thank you so much Deb!!

I’m so freaken impressed with this chain and location. Always incredibly fresh, the staff is friendly as all get out. The restaurant is always clean and the wait, even during peak business hours, is quick. Well done! A chain I don’t mind frequenting…

Today I stopped in on my lunch break for food. The wait in line was a little excessive as it was mid day and only one cashier up front. Any way, I placed my order and as I waited for my to go order, my blood sugar dropped dangerously low and I became shaky. One employee, Sharon, immediately could tell something was wrong. She came over within seconds and asked if I was okay. I told her my blood sugar was low and she brought me out orange juice, free of charge. She made sure I improved and took it easy. The manager, Joe, also checked in on me. Please give these employees credit, where credit is due. Not only did you help me, but you helped my unborn baby as well. Thank you both so much!!!

Had such a great experience at the Panera Bread located in Fayetteville! I go there regularly because I get the best service from an employee Amaya! She helped me and family get the best meals and she was so patient with us and positive! You guys will always get my business if you have employees like her!!! So hard to find people who love their job!!
