Papa Johns Pizza - Fayetteville

A service! We had 15 pizzas. They were ready in time, all perfectly cooked, and no mistakes on our order. Very recommended!

I rated them 4 stars because Papa John's in Fayetteville usually does a good job with their pizzas, but today was the worst experience I've ever had. I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas for my kids at 11 AM, and they arrived an hour late—cold and undercooked. I reached out to voice my complaint, and the General Manager, Tiffany, informed me that it would take another hour and a half to get a replacement because they had other orders to fulfill. This is incredibly frustrating for anyone who is working and relies on timely food delivery. I’m still waiting for an update. This is just unacceptable—why would you send out pizzas like that to your customers? It’s really disappointing.

I accidentally had my phone on silent, which resulted in the delivery guy returning to the store. All the delivery personnel seem to have trouble finding my address, so I can't really blame them. However, Marquil at the store was friendly, professional, and very understanding during my call. He efficiently resolved my issue. I felt bad for our delivery driver, Josh, especially with gas prices being so high right now; nonetheless, he was quick and friendly. I increased his tip due to his prompt service and genuine effort. Overall, this restaurant has a great location and a professional staff!

Since reopening, the restaurant has seen limited patronage following their temporary closure. However, the staff handles pressure well and manages orders independently. They were keenly aware that customers were waiting for updates on their orders and did everything possible to accommodate them through the night. While service took a bit longer than usual due to a reduced staff, the quality of the food remained excellent.
