The food and service was excellent, but they do not offer a senior discount because they are private.

Sam is incredibly professional. You can clearly see how efficient she is at her job, especially at the drive-thru. I needed to return my bowl because I was unhappy with it, and an employee went to address the issue. But Sam quickly stepped in and took care of the remake. Her fast and outstanding customer service completely turned my experience around and saved Taco Bell from a negative review. Thank you, Sam!

The food was excellent, the service was fast, and the staff was friendly. The dining room and bathroom were clean. Overall, I had a wonderful day!

My husband and I dined at the newly built Taco Bell in Fayetteville today. The new building is clean and aesthetically pleasing, but it feels smaller than the previous one. The food was decent, although the portion sizes appeared to be smaller than before. Additionally, the beverage machine seemed to have an unusual mix of flavors, which included too much pizza taste. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and efficient. However, we both had some concerns about the parking lot layout.
