Jersey Mike's Subs

The quality has significantly declined. In my last order, two out of four items were incorrect. The manager spent 10 minutes arguing with me before finally acknowledging that one of the subs was wrong. After another five minutes, he seemed to come to the realization that he might have been mistaken; we typically don’t use S in our orders.

This is my second visit to the Feasterville location. The sandwiches are quite large, but I was disappointed with two out of the four sandwiches we ordered today. Typically, everything is very fresh, but two of the sandwich rolls were dry and somewhat hard. The other two sandwiches were good, though. I just wanted to share this feedback.

The food is fantastic! The sandwiches are always fresh, and the staff is consistently very friendly. I can't wait to go back!

The food was fresh, hot, and flavorful. BUT we waited over 30 minutes to get our order. This is after waiting an extensive time. Customer service was polite and apologetic but this experience definitely has me looking to other sources for my fried chicken fix.

Would have given 5 stars but our subs were soaked in oil. They use way too much! My daughter couldn't even eat hers.
