Pros: clean, organized, lots of options. Prepackaged pastries/breads options, which is unique. Cake slices are beautiful and prices are decent. Cons: I?ve only been to the is location, so this may not apply to all locations but It has a ?fast food?approach to the service. Only one employee checking out, so if a line starts to form then everyone has to wait for eachindividual to read the menu for drinks and see all the options in the cold case. Feels like you have to rush otherwise you areholding up the entire line.. Customer service was poor, not even a hello when I got to the register. Was charged .75 cents foran ?shot of espresso? in my drink but it was really a shot of cold, drip coffee or some instant espresso.. if it was truly anespresso shot, it must be pre ground beans or something cause not once did I hear a coffee grinder. It was honestly so gross.

If you've got a sweet tooth, 85 Degree Bakery Cafe is the right place for it. This place has a lot to offer: coffee, bubble tea, breakfast, lunch, cakes, and all kinds of baked goods. I stop by with my wife and other family members several times a week forbubble tea and baked goods. Some of my favorites are bubble tea with Bob and coconut tart. The staff is always courteous andhelpful. I highly recommend this bakery to anyone that would like to enjoy excellent desserts. Does it look like coffee to you? I love 85c coffee but this time I don?t think I can drink this, my husband didn?t notice it until he got home and yea we live in Lacey! He came home and surprise me with this creamer drink ????????????

Couldn't stop picking things out everything looks delicious! The place looked so clean and everyone was so nice. Katelyn who bagged our stuff like a pro was over the top in kindness and humor! I 100% recommend anyone stopping by if your craving pastriesor coffee! Can't wait to taste some more wonderful treats!

I understand that Vietnamese coffee is a pretty strong drink, but the person who made our drinks did not fill the cup with coffee. I ordered two of these only to find out it was mostly filled with ice. The photo explains it all? and our drinks wasalready watered down after a few minutes. I was so disappointed, this bakery makes one of the best Vietnamese coffee, but Iguess I?ll take into consideration.
