Arby's - Federal Way

The young employees were busy talking even though the one could see I walked in the door. I put my card into pay and walked away just for another employee to tell me I needed to pay, a problem with their tills that should have been addressed by the original employee. The older lady was nice. Food was decent, young staff just needs a little more training in customer service, nothing too big.

The restaurant has excellent service and friendly staff. My order was accurately filled and they were generous with their sauce packets. There were only 2 workers visible, but they were efficient and quickly served the drive-thru line.

I visited the Arby's in Federal Way instead of the one in Auburn due to the long line. I redeemed my gyro coupon by ordering 10 Greek gyros. Despite the busyness, the drive-thru was quick and the gyros were made perfectly. This Arby's did not disappoint.

I recently tried the new Bacon Ranch Wagyu Burger at this restaurant, but unfortunately they were out of lettuce and tomato. Despite this, the burger still tasted delicious. It would have been even more enjoyable with the addition of lettuce and tomato.
