I have had the most considerate, caring staff members who ever existed working at this hotel. ESPECIALLY MEL and Peter The manager who took out of her time after she had finished her shift to go look for my lost property (which was my fault btw) and returned it to me promptly. I hundred percent recommend the lovely dedicated at this hotel especially Mel and Peter. Thanks Ali
The new assistant manager is quite rude to patrons. I have no complaints though. Stopped going and losing on poker machines. Very grateful.
