Dairy Queen Store - Ferndale

They charge almost as much as cold stone for soft-serve ice cream with mix-ins, and they don't accept coupons.

This store is definitely closed, not sure if it 's seasonal but the parkinglot is not even plowed. Ended up going to another spot called, dream treat and all I can say is the concept stores are ruining good ice cream I just wanted a good ol blizzard or mixer..

My door Dasher has informed this customer your customer services is horrible towards the Dasher. The Dasher waiting in line when it is not necessary.The Dasher are not aware at this location the pick-up window for them because,there is no sign or they are not recognized and because of this my ice cream was melted and I had to put it in my freezer.

Very good ice cream and staff are friendly it just takes a long time to get your order

I highly recommend this dairy queen you will never be disappointed, I'll be going again very soon.
