Terrible service! I waited at the drive-thru for 30 minutes. When I asked the woman at the window if they were busy, since we had been waiting so long, she rudely replied that it was actually only 26 minutes and 43 seconds. This is the third time I’ve experienced long wait times at this Starbucks; I usually wait over 15 minutes at the drive-thru. Starbucks really needs to focus on training their employees in customer service and time management! I'm so disappointed. We waited for two coffees, and when we finally reached the window, she told us our drinks weren't ready. What a mess!
Ordered in the mobile app, it took an additional 40 minutes before we requested a refund from the estimated pick-up time. They had no idea when they would be able to get to it. They were only servicing the drive thru and left the lobby FULL of waiting customers who already paid. I'll be going to Freedom Espresso from now on. Service: Take out Price per person: $10–20
This location seems to be in constant flux since the COVID shutdown two years ago. I don't always go inside, but I did this time, and it looked just like it did last time — boxes that need to be unloaded stacked against the back wall, the food case with very little in it. Seating isn't so comfortable here, and the music is way too loud if you want to work while having your coffee. Food: 4
