Kfc - Ferriday

This is the third time I've received old chicken covered in gravy, which is being passed off as a famous bowl.

KFC is a standard restaurant with both dine-in and drive-thru options. It's reasonably priced, and you can place your order in advance using the KFC app. The drive-thru lane is narrow, so be aware that once you're in line, it may be difficult to exit. There are some holes and drop-offs at the edge of the drive-thru lane, but if you're cautious, they're easy to navigate around. *Please note that this location no longer offers a buffet.

The chicken was hot and tasty, but I found the prices to be higher than usual. When I requested water for my drink, I typically receive a large cup, but this time I was given bottled water and charged for it. The staff were very friendly, but the coleslaw and mashed potatoes were not up to par. We usually love KFC, but we were disappointed during this visit.

The lady at the window was beyond rude. Every question was no. They did not change the order. We coukd not add to the order.. She never asked what sides juat gave us whatever they wanted. Very blunt customer service was the worst. Food was cold and old.Biscuits hard. No napkins asked about kid meal's juice she stated it was in the box. A lie. Just awful.

The food at Eat is consistently fresh and served hot. Overall, I would rate it: Food: 5/5, Service: 5/5, Atmosphere: 5/5. Highly recommended!
