Rich's Frozen Custard - Festus

I waited at the drive-thru for 10 minutes before being asked to pull into a parking lot next to the restaurant. After waiting another 20 minutes, I returned to the window, and the staff said they didn’t know what happened to my order. They offered to take my order again, but I didn’t want to wait another 20 minutes. I ended up just getting a refund and leaving. I had only ordered a simple cheeseburger and fries. What a disappointment.

The meal was great! It was definitely worth the wait to have something made fresh to order instead of sitting under warming lamps!

There aren't many restaurants in Hillsboro, but this one stands out as one of the best. The food tastes incredibly fresh, and the staff is very friendly. You won't be disappointed when you visit!
