Great terrace for the perfect break while skiing

Wir waren in unseren Skiferien täglich zu Mittag in dem Restaurant. Das Tagesmenü war abwechslungsreich und hat oft unseren Geschmack getroffen.Die Speisen sind gut bürgerlich und die Portionen gross, so dass eigentlich jeder satt wird. Besonders gut geschmeckt hat uns die Gulaschsuppe, Schnitzel und Spaghetti.Das Servicepersonal war auch ausserordentlich freundlich, daher eine Empfehlung für den Mittagstisch von der Piste.

Mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen hier spontan zum Mittagessen eingekehrt. Die Lage neben der Skipiste ist optimal. Wir wurden zügig bedient, zur Auswahl stand auch ein feines Mittagsmenü. Die Bedienung war flink und freundliche und das Essen schmeckte.

Bereits das dritte Jahr in Folge ist das Eggishorn unser Pistenrestaurant für die Skiferien. Highlights sind:- Gute Tagesteller- Moderate Preise- Freundlicher Service- Grosse Auswahl- Schöne Gasträume...und es wird auch nächstes Jahr unser Pistenrestaurant sein!

An exceptional family run hotel, with superb service, excellent food and unrivalled attention to detail. We have been lunching and enjoying coffee at Hotel Eggishorn during our family ski trips for over 30 years. The building is beautifully and tastefully finished and impeccably clean. The food is excellent, with carefully designed menus perfect for coffee stops and mountain lunches. The service is attentive and friendly, with a talented and engaged team of staff. Our four children have always been warmly welcomed, fed quickly, and kept entertained with colouring and board games. Last week we were lucky enough to hold my sister's wedding reception at Hotel Eggishorn. Every interaction with Nicole, Ursula and Simon during the planning phase was friendly and professional, with the team striving for perfection from the start. The execution on the day was nothing short of perfect the setting for the drinks reception and evening meal was beautiful, timings were kept flexible, and the whole team pulled together to deliver a seamless event unbelievably the first wedding hosted here! Simon's apèro platters and soup, followed by steak, pommes and gemischte salat was totally delicious, and the Creme Schnitte wedding cake the team arranged through the Backerei Imwinkelreid in Fiesch was just beautiful. Every detail had been carefully considered, checked and planned. Later in the evening, Jan Mathys did a brilliant job of hosting the aprés party in Steffi's Kuhstall. A huge thank you to everyone involved I would highly recommend for coffee, lunch, a large event, or a hotel stay for a special family ski holiday.
