Pizzeria Buca Della Fate - FIESOLE

Love the Buffala. The dough was not too doughy and the crust baked to perfection. Highly recommend. The staff was super friendly and explained accommodated our requests. Highly recommend for pizza.

So glad we found this place! We were the first to arrive for dinner and were warmly greeted by the hosts and chef. We enjoyed a glass of celebratory bubbles before having 2 excellent specialty pizzas and some delicious wine in a very inviting, modern setting with a peaceful ambience. It really elevated the experience. Our evening concluded with a most delicious apple strudel and some amaro. The only 'problem ' we had was trying to determine which of the mouth-watering pizzas to get for dinner! If you are in the area, you owe it to yourself to try this place. You will not be disappointed!

I hadn’t seen Fiesole for about 5 years! Instead Buca delle Fate there was a historical pizzeria named Etrusca! The best pizza for many many years! I have to admit, this new one is better than the other! Friendly staff, snacks offered to drinks, fresh food in a very very special architectural context, Fiesole is a pearls of Tuscany! The most important thing: the food is fresh!

Grande pizza, personale disponibile e gentile, prezzi medi. Lo consiglio soprattutto per la pizza, quasi a livello delle migliori pizzerie napoletane. Parola di napoletano;
