Been with this Chinese for years and you kind of expect an hour to wait but tonight wow ordered at 4.30pm got to 6pm (1h.30m) called to be told new driver should be much longer ok got to 6.50pm called again driver had an emergency why not say before or get another driver to collect first drivers orders. Option of start order again or refund so choose refund will need to find a new Chinese shame as food is very nice when it comes.

Amazing food always fresh and hot. Customer service great and delivery man very polite. Always my go to takeaway.

Love the scran whatever u get tastes better than it looks and it looks brilliant from noodle soup to egg foo young and even banana fritters

Terrible service for delivery. Ordered at 1850, had to call at 2030 to see what was happening. Was told the driver had left so shouldn't be long. It's a 6 minute drive to my house, so figured 10-15 minutes. 25 minutes later, driver turns up and couldn't care less about the delay. Food was cold so I can't give it more than 1 star. I wish I had seen the other reviews before I ordered. Won't use them again.

Appalling service. Wife order meal online at 4.30 pm for delivery by 7 to 7.30. nothing arrived by 7.45pm. called and was told it would've be delivered by 8.00pm. called at 8.05 to be told it was just in the kitchen. Girls on the phone were very apologetic but useless at resolving the problem. Wife cancelled order and waiting on refund. Why on why can't you deliver a simple order given in advance or keep the customer advised of delays. Wife now starving, hungry and well peeved. No excuses, if your too busy tell customers, don't leave them waiting and hungry.
