Ichiban Teriyaki - Fife

This restaurant always has great service from open to close.

On way home from eye appointment need something for lunch. Did not want the samething burger and fries. So stopped here for something different.. I got cashew chicken I was going to save half for dinner but couldn't stop eating so by the time I realized I was over half way through it I just kept eating. This is going to be a stop I make Once every 5 or 6 weeks. So I can try new things.

Edit 2 (response to owner): No, I was charged $16.59, not $10.99. There is absolutely no excuse for the chicken not being fully cooked. 165°F is sufficient to ensure chicken is thoroughly cooked, so if that’s not happening, it raises serious concerns about your food safety practices. This restaurant definitely needs an inspection! Overall, I was disappointed. Don’t waste your money here. What I received was simply grilled meat with some sauce drizzled on top. The chicken lacked any marinade or flavor, and the beef was extremely tough. To make matters worse, both meats were undercooked! And $17 for a chicken and beef combo is outrageous. Save yourself the trouble and drive a bit further down the street to Happy Teriyaki; their teriyaki is far superior.

The food looks and tastes great, but I had an issue. I asked the lady for soy sauce and hot sauce, and she assured me it was already included. When I got back to my hotel, there was none. After a long 12-hour workday, these small details matter a lot to me. I spent around $50 on two large plates, but I definitely won't be returning.

I stumbled upon this restaurant and decided to give it a try, and I'm so glad I did! It's a fantastic spot that I will certainly be revisiting. The place is clean, the prices are reasonable, and the food is outstanding! The staff is also very friendly, so I highly recommend this restaurant!
