Delicious dinner tonite. Cooked perfectly. Our server Jenn was exceptional!

Okay so this is a mixed review. During the week the waitstaff is great and the food is great. That being said, my husband and I were there Friday 7/22/2022 and the waitress was less than friendly, had to ask for silverware AFTER food came to the table. Steak was rubbery and we could not get the waitresses attention for almost fifteen minutes. She just kept saying give me a minute and kept ignoring our table. The hostess we managed to flag down tried her best and was super nice and patient about the whole thing.

Last night our son and our daughter-in-law have reserved us a time to bring us to dinner at this place. the time was reserved. we arrived right away, but was informed that it would wait a 10 minutes. there were other people waiting for us so that we didn't mind. we waited near an hour, and during this time the hostess told us that she tried to find someone to wait for us before she could sit at the many empty tables scattered in the restaurant that would take up our little party of six. after many apologies from the hostess and her that she finally found someone who would serve us, she continued to lead us into the very far rear corner of the restaurants through the toilets and park is in the last cabin. it took some time about 15 to 20 minutes for the server that agreed to serve us to make their way and get our drink order. then throughout the time after the drinks were ordered and the time that the food was ordered, and the dinge came out here and their server ignored our table, we were brought dinge by others, and a manager was looking person ignored us and went past our table several times, and stood behind our table near the toilets that needed us to listen to how we were drinking I do not recommend this restaurant, I do not recommend to go there. it is not family-friendly and eating is terrible. we will not return to this place, but in the past we have enjoyed many meal times at other outback locations to which we will return.

No smiling, no annoying, bad customer service, crawling eating. I will never visit this place again. Zero star if I could. waited 10min after entering an empty lobby never greeted. bartender didn't even greet us. the lobby begins to fill. a customer had to go into the bar to get the attention of the bartender and to check the now complete lobby. 15 min after the greeting. “He had to go to the bathroom” is what the barkeeper told us about the absent greeting. finally sitting after 35 minutes. (bar was almost full, but only like 8 tables that are currently served at this point as mostly empty. no apologies for waiting for it or that is missing from greetings. waited 15 minutes for the waitress to welcome us to the table. ordered drinks starters and main course all on the first contact. we waited 15min for our drinks and a total of 25 minutes before we got the wrong appetizers. 20 minutes before the right starter, which tasted as if it had been fried in very dirty friteier oil. we decided to go after an hour from the order and the food was not served yet. the waitress made us just a refill (party of 2) the whole time we sat. I let the manager know that eating was bad and so was the service and his answer was no excuse followed by “it is not lacking in attempt.” that was the next thing we could maintain with our experience. the manager took the appetizer out of the bill and we went without paying anything. we had ordered beside our drinks a Cobb salad, fillet mignon and lobster and flowering garnels. to the workers at this place, please begin to get their job just a little please! my wife and I have been in the service industry for years, we know that it sometimes becomes hard, but they need to be better.

Our server, leanna, has made a great job. the food was excellent, hot and well kept!
