Wendy's - Fitchburg

Weird. Pulled up just to be told they were only taking grub hub or door dash orders. So I guess this location is kind of open. Just don't drive up and expect to be served.

Order was fast, delicious and accurate! Extremely friendly and courteous! I will be going there again.

I hadn't been to this restaurant in years, but I decided to give it another chance since they introduced the strawberry frosty. Unfortunately, it didn't meet my expectations—it wasn't very tasty. I also ordered a Dave's Double, and one of the patties was crumbled and appeared to have been hastily reassembled, while the other one was burnt. I won't be coming back.

This is by far the best fast food restaurant I've ever visited. Ray provided outstanding service with a smile, was very respectful, and had a fantastic team working with him!

I arrived at this Wendy's just before 11 a.m. and ended up waiting in line for 20 minutes. When I finally reached the counter to place my order at 11:15, I was told that they weren't taking any more orders, despite the fact that they don't close until 12.
