Pho 54 Mandalay Bay - Fitzroy

Stopped in for a quick bite on our way out, ordered chicken, pork and mixed vegetable BBQ and it was delicious. The owner took the time to cook it for us and showed us how to do it properly ourselves. It was great value for money and was delicious!!

Seen that this place had been recently renovated into Vietnamese BBQ. The dishes are delicious and the service outstanding. The owner is so nice and chatty. We will be back soon!

The amazing decor, friendly helpful service, and unique dining experience made this a wonderful evening. We ordered the BBQ package which included entree food and later, fortunately, a creme brûlée which was magnificent,and deliciously different.All the foods cooked at the table on a magnificent BBQ system on charcoal,were just delightful. The accompanying dipping sauces really beautiful especially a lime combo. The chef cooked it for us to perfection, and the salad veg accompanying were beautifully fresh. Such a great evening ,thanks staff!

Pho 54 Mandalay Bay is a great location on Brunswick when staying at the Quest Royal Gardens and being a late restaurant it is open when other locations are closed. The staff are super friendly and it is quirky that you order food on an iPad - loved it.Food is good although the sizzling beef chef suggestion we had on second visit was average. Great to know that it is BYO too.

Pho and service was good - perfect on a cool day and a great casual place for backpackers/travelers passing through. Great bars are all along the street as well for a little late night fun after your meal.
