Mcdonald's - Flagstaff

Eating is always really good. we go there for two reasons, 1. I have medical appointments every month in flagstaff and that 's our tomorrow go to the square; 2. we have a heavy heart for the indigenous population, and they always seem to be there so that we enjoy helping them with their breakfast. it has a clean, comfortable environment. the service can sometimes be slow, but patient. that's worth it. we recommend it.

I went thru the drive thru. The young gentleman was friendly and spoke loud and clear. My friend wears hearing aids and being able to hear a young person isn’t always easy. Thank you for providing a good experience.

The cashier and person taking orders here were really rude on september 12th 2022. When the person taking orders verified our order they included a black coffee and we pretty calmly corrected that it was iced to which she gave a rude look and muttered under her breath you could be more clear and when we drove up to the second window the cashier said okay i 've got a mix and match to which we said no we don 't we got two mcgriddle meals. the cashier was confused for a second and then with a bit of an attitude told us that it 's the same thing they just rung it in for us in a way to make it cheaper? Am I the a hole here? i 've never heard of a mix and match. I just felt really disrespected in these two pretty innocent encounters

No free refills but the switch off is you can sit by one of 15 homeless guys that are in there at any given time. The people that write good reviews about this place are lying to you.

I come to this location often but lately have been going to the one in East Flagstaff right outside of town. Long story short should have stayed that way.. about 8:00 PM went and got a large coke (you would have thought I was asking for 1 million bucks). They got my order wrong three times. Finally when I pulled up to the window the girl read my order back to me which was completely wrong. Again for the 100th time I said I just ordered a large coke. She gave me an annoyed look as if it 's my fault she repeated the wrong order? Handed me the drink didn 't say anything. Her whole demeanor changed. I thought nothing of it just typical grumpy workers. Got home and ended up being a cherry Dr Pepper???? Disgusting! The person couldn 't have at least ordered a normal drink? Lol Didn 't think it would be that hard to get a Coke.
