Tinderbox Annex - Flagstaff

The complete and utter Lack of a Michelin star is a slap in the face to every chef in this kitchen. Service is heavenly blissful and serene the food is even more so. who cares what you are doing or whats on the menu if you can get a table do it and do it frequently.

The wine selection is one of the best I’ve ever seen, they had a great Syrah from Santa Barbara, the pork belly was with the onions was the best pork belly dish we have ever had. Desert was good.

I’ve visited Flagstaff from Phoenix twice now and both times I had dinner at Tinderbox. This restaurant is my favorite in town and one of my favorites all around. The service is impeccable and the food drink are outstanding! Tonight I had the filet mignon, the roasted garlic appetizer and the Pearadise Palms cocktail. All were delicious! I already can’t wait to come back to Flagstaff so I can have dinner here again.

Our server was great and the halibut was one of the best I’ve ever had. I highly recommend coming here. I can’t wait to come back.

An incredible experience! Our waiter Ben was attentive and gave exceptional service.The food was amazing, would absolutely recommend! We weren’t particularly fond of the music and volume level, but everything else was top notch.
