This is a wonderful, family-friendly place to eat! The decor features bears which makes the atmosphere cute, fun and relaxed. I've been here once before and the food is the reason to go. Everything is absolutely delicious and the menu selection includesa variety of choices, including many comfort food items. The entire restaurant is extremely clean. The service is good, butcould be a little better. If you like iced tea, order at your own risk mine was old and had that nasty tang to it, so I had toorder water.

The ambiance was amazing, the food was great, the price was not bad for the amount of food received. I can definitely see myself going back to try something new. The menu was unique, I will let you check it out for yourself.

This was my first visit, and I had a great experience. The staff was fantastic—extremely friendly and welcoming. It's refreshing to find a diner that is genuinely good.

The hash browns were not made to order; they were dry and nearly impossible to chew. They must have been cooked at least 2 or 3 hours earlier. Only 2 out of 4 slices of my toast were buttered, and there was no butter available on the table. The waiter never returned to check on us or our meals. Although the manager did remove one dish from our bill, I won't be coming back. We waited over half an hour, and only as we were getting ready to leave did we hear the grill turn on for the first time. None of the food seemed fresh, and we were in direct sight of the kitchen, which had been empty until that moment.

I absolutely love Black Bear Diner, no matter where I go! The warm smiles from the staff and the impeccable service always stand out, not to mention the outstanding food! On this visit, I had the pleasure of introducing my mother-in-law to Black Bear Diner, and she was certainly not disappointed. She ordered the Grizz breakfast, and I warned her it might be a bit overwhelming, as it includes bacon, sausage, ham, two buttermilk pancakes, and your choice of eggs. I can confirm that both the sausage and ham were delicious, and she proclaimed that the scrambled eggs were the best she's ever had! I opted for the loaded onion rings, which were topped with shredded cheddar cheese and bacon. I will always recommend Black Bear Diner!
