Fleetwood Pizza

We ordered delivery, but unfortunately, our order was incorrect. When we called to report the issue, Jim was very rude and insisted that we hadn’t ordered what we said. He didn’t offer any solution and even hung up on us. We decided to return the food, and while he refunded us, it was $15 less than expected, and he yelled at us as we left. We would have been satisfied with simply having our order corrected. Instead, we ended up going to Dino’s, saved $10, and found the food to be better. It's worth noting that things are usually fine when Gus is working, but Jim's demeanor is rude and condescending.

The service was quite rude. When I went to place my order, the staff member simply asked, “What do you want?” As I was trying to continue my order, she interrupted me to say, “You know it has to be a $30-40 order for us to deliver, right?” I found her behavior very discourteous. Overall, the food was great, but the service and atmosphere were lacking. Food: 5, Service: 2, Atmosphere: 2.

Our first visit was to try a large pizza with sautéed onions, and it was fantastic! The sauce was perfectly balanced—not too sweet or too tangy—and the crust was well-cooked, not dry or too thin. We enjoyed it so much that we decided to order it again three days later, but unfortunately, it was a disappointment. The crust was unreasonably thin and undercooked, making it impossible to pick up a slice. Additionally, instead of sautéed onions, they just topped it with raw onions. We'll give it one more shot on a third visit, but inconsistency usually makes me take my business elsewhere.
