Ichiban Chinese - Fleming Island

As far as Chinese buffet restaurants go, this one is better than many I've visited. However, it often seems to have one standout item on any given day. Today, that was the white rice. The sushi was fresh and tasty, and the staff was quick to refill drinks and clear away plates.

I've visited this restaurant twice, and the food has been excellent each time! The dumplings are fantastic, and they also offer some stylish and delicious sushi as part of their buffet. The price is definitely worth it, and while the staff may be a bit reserved, they are always attentive and keep our drinks filled. I would highly recommend this place to anyone in search of Asian cuisine!

The restaurant offers a buffet style dining experience. While the food isn't extraordinary, there's plenty to choose from, and you're likely to find something you enjoy. The Mongolian BBQ section stands out, with well-cooked dishes made to order from fresh ingredients. For dessert, they offer a satisfactory selection of ice cream.
