Mcdonald's - Flint

I have never experienced a bad customer service, nor have I received terrible food from this place. the personal is always beautiful. the only thing that keeps me from giving 5 stars is the fact that many times I have been there and my order was wrong. missing food and the wrong product. the employees must work to observe their orders.

We didn't need to use a kiosk to order, as the manager welcomed us right away. Our order was accurate and we received it quickly. The lobby was clean, overall it was a pleasant experience. Durand's McDonald's could learn from this level of personal service. Thank you for being so friendly and dependable. Excellent job!

Curbside pick is getting worse and worse at this McDonald’s on Linden Road in Flint Township. When my order didn’t come out in 17 minutes, I called and spoke to the manager Richard who told me I didn’t have a curbside order and then he told it was there and on the way out to me. I waited 10 minutes more and called again and Richard said my order was waiting on fries. 27 minute wait curbside for french fries that I had to call inside McDonald’s to find out the status.

On Thursday, May 12, 2022, I ordered a bacon double cheeseburger at the restaurant. When I opened the sandwich container, all I could smell was something spoiled. I couldn't even eat it. I feel sorry for how many people may have gotten sick tonight from eating the food.

I smiled at the girl working drive through window and asked her how she was doing today.... Well apparently she didn't like my smile or something because our food was disgusting. The quarter pounder had mayo and the big Mac also had straight up mayo. I didn't even ask for anything special I just ordered it the way they were. Forget that McDonald's. I don't even know how you would mess McDonald's up anyway... Go to another place cuz these ppl are hostile to smiles ..... ??????. It was around 4-6pm on Saturday may 8.
