Subway - Flint

For $30, we expected fresh, edible food, and I can confidently say I will never eat there again. This review is directed at the owners of the Subway in Flint off 155; serving such subpar food will quickly drive your business into the ground. It’s unacceptable to pay this much for just two sandwiches, without drinks or sides. In the end, we had to toss our sandwiches in the trash. Thank you for nothing.

The food was enjoyable. Our server was new and made a couple of mistakes, but they were minor, and he quickly fixed them. There was a bit of litter left by previous customers. The service was prompt, and parking was convenient. I ordered a footlong sandwich, which was wrapped separately so I could have one for lunch and save the other for dinner. I’m not sure about the vegetarian options. As for wheelchair accessibility, the curbs were accommodating.

This used to be a great restaurant, but ever since Dawn started working there, my experience has changed. It's incredibly off-putting to see someone touch their face, hair, or even their nose, and then handle other people's food. I can't bring myself to return to this location as long as someone like that is allowed to work there.

I entered the restaurant and ordered two foot-long sandwiches. One of the employees was training to make sandwiches, while the other young man was incredibly rude and unprofessional. He was yelling at the trainee and using profanity multiple times. I decided to leave and will not be returning. This behavior was completely unacceptable. I called the manager to express my concerns, and she apologized, informing me that she had fired the employee and offered me a 10% discount. However, that entire situation felt like a slap in the face. I will not be coming back.

Michael is incredible! He puts in a lot of effort and truly goes the extra mile for his customers. This is the best Subway we've ever been to! - The couple in the red Chevy.
