I visited the Millhouse today September) with a friend. The staff were very friendly and the meal was good, but, as it was a sunny day, the downside was the heat inside the restaurant.There is no air con, or ceiling fans, which would be ideal for this kind of warm day, not only to the customers, but to the staff too. I had to fan myself with one of the small menus that I picked up, which had enough stiffness in it to act as a fan'.Could this possibly be rectified maybe not this year, but during the next year, in readiness for any heatwave we might have?Thank youEileen Johnson

Food took forever and there was a staff member called Hannah who was obnoxious and didn't seem like she even wanted to work there and appeared to be slightly tipsy. Never go again.

Came here with a friend,got told to sit on any table. Table was very sticky even though it had been cleaned. Few flies around aswel. Food came out fairly quick but drinks took a while longer than I'd expect. Food really nice when it did come out. Serves was really nice and polite and nothing seemed to much trouble. Toilets need redoing as they aren't the best and don't seem to be checked often.

Stopped here for lunch while out shopping. We had a lovely meal and the staff were pleasant. The only thing that let it down were the toilets. An unpleasant smell throughout, no soap, and no toilet roll. Not only that, but we have a family member who is visually impaired, and there was no light coming out of the smelly toilets. Maybe something to look into?
