Games were out of service. Food service was bad and took an hour to get food.

The food was so cold like it hadn’t been cooked and we had a time limit at our table and had to grab all of our stuff and walk around with it while playing games because our server was leaving and someone else needed our section at the 2 hour mark. They didn’t sing happy birthday to my little girl and the experience was terrible I’ll never go back for a party.

Positive: a nice manager helped us get our table faster than anticipated. I had a reservation, but was told the wait would still be 45-55 minutes. When I inquired, hostess said “the reservation doesn’t really matter, that’s just to help us plan”…. ??????? Huh? Server was nice enough, but service was slow and food was mediocre. Overall, I get that no one goes to D&B for the food, but service is always slow even when they don’t appear busy. But, fun was had, and the kids only care about the games anyway, lol. Oh, my drink from the bar was delicious!!!!

The food and customer service was great! It was a fun time for my family!

Our server was a mess. She was extremely forgetful and never wrote anything down and would come back and ask the same questions over and over. The arcade was fun!
