Emerson's Bakery - Florence

Ordered because I saw buying a whole dozen wasnt required like Servatti. Big mistake. Donuts are not fresh, and I didnt even receive the correct donuts I had ordered. I ordered 2 creme filled with chocolate on top, they gave me two chocolate covered long donuts with no filling at all. I ordered 1 jelly glazed donut, and received a chocolate covered jelly donut instead. Nobody contacted me to ask about substitutions if they had ran out. If they had, I would have been fine with it, its the principle of it more than anything. The donuts werent fresh at all, the Eclairs was ok, not that great but just ok. I wont be ordering again. People go to bakeries expecting fresh products, this store is selling donuts they had made in previous days apparently.

The product quality at this mom and pop bakery is top notch. The donuts always fresh, the Danish baked just right. I’ve been coming to this store for over 2 years now and the service has really been the greatest. The lady who runs the morning shift is especially nice. I believe her name is Katie. I recommend this bakery to anyone looking for some tasty sweets

They have several locations, and I encourage you not to hesitate—if you're thinking about ordering a pie or cake, do it! You don’t want to miss out because someone else grabbed it first.
