Friendly Staff, HUGE pieces of chicken. Will eat there again for sure

Chicken strips and chicken were dry and hard. They must have not been freshly cooked.

Husband and I visited on 7/8/2024 at 2:46 pm. I ordered the Turkey plate, he ordered a Wrangler plate 1 meat 2 sides . He selected Ribs. Sat down to eat. Food was good. We didn 't know that he was supposed to get 3 ribs, he received 2. Went home. He looked over the receipt so he could record the amount and deduct it from the checking account. It was noted on the receipt 3 ribs. I called, asked to speak to the manager, phone went dead. Okay, tried again. Someone answered and called for a manager. Manager came to the phone. I explained what happened. Asked for my name, all of a sudden, silence. Maybe he accidentally hit the MUTE ?? Hung up. Called AGAIN ! NO ANSWER !!! WOW !! Won 't be going to THAT location, Floresville Tx , again ! VERY POOR MANAGING !!

Was not a fan of the brisket or sausage. Seemed like it was reheated and rubbery.

Stopped in today for a midday snack. Usually don't have any issues at BM. I finally ate the third piece of pie. All had issues but this one only had a small bite taken out of it. Too bad I didn't take a pic of the one with a huge bite . I asked the server ,he didn't think it was a huge bite. WTH???? Sad for Bill Miller in floresville
