Hog's Breath Cafe - Florida Panhandle

What stood out to me was the unusually high number of staff members, and they all seemed genuinely happy to be there. Two of them approached me with smiles, which was a refreshing change—I had almost forgotten that food service staff could smile! As for the food, it was delicious. I ordered the veggie omelette with hash browns and coffee, and my meal was served quickly and with a smile. Although I haven’t attended church in years, it’s nice to see establishments like this. The bathroom was immaculate too. While I'm not usually one to tip heavily, I appreciated the atmosphere so much that I left an extra gratuity after my meal.

Took my daughter here to get some waffles. We had been here before on another trip to Destin and they’re coffee is amazing! Customer service is great, staff is very friendly. Less star because it is a bit pricier than I would have thought it to be. But overall a great experience

I can't speak highly enough about this restaurant. We’ve been here for less than a week and have already visited twice. The food is outstanding, and the staff is even better. It truly makes a difference when everyone is so friendly— and they certainly are here!

When another place had a long wait, we headed here and were pleasantly surprised. I don't ever eat breakfast so it was my goal on my weekend trip to get eggs Benedict and theirs is excellent! Well-run operation and very good food. Surprised to see paper-ish plates but hey, whatever works. The experience made up for that anyway!

The Fried Green Tomatoes Benny was fantastic, and it was part of the special menu. I hope it will be available the next time I'm in town. I'll definitely be returning here. My husband's omelette was also good. Another guest mentioned their lattes are excellent, although we don't drink coffee. There was a slight line, but it moved quickly. You place your order, receive a number, and then take your food to your table when it’s ready. The service was fast, and the staff was incredibly friendly. They also do a great job of keeping the tables clean. I highly recommend this place, especially for breakfast.
