The food of the place is rich. The price is cheap for what they deliver, if you want your orders quickly it is better to arrive before 7, since after this time it can take a few hours to deliver it. If they call to order, it's better to start early, they have one person for each line.

One of the few slow food restaurants in the city that strive to have the worst possible customer service, if you want to eat you have to knock on the floor, if you order takeout you have to spend half an hour trying to call for them to answer and all of the above without counting the very high waiting times that at certain times can be up to two hours. A total lack of respect for customers.

Es un lugar de comida rápida de barrio y eso lo hace especial. Se aleja de lo gourmet y encontramos una hamburguesa clásica de Bucaramanga, con salsas y queso rallado. Algo que me encanta son sus papas, ¡pues son caseras! Los precios son muy buenos y el producto es de buena calidad y delicioso. Me gusta mucho la comida de este lugar; lo único malo es que solo recibe pedidos, sin consumo en el local, y despacha domicilios.

Uno de los pocos restaurantes de comida lenta en la ciudad que se esfuerza por ofrecer la peor atención posible a los clientes. Si uno quiere comer, tiene que hacerlo en el suelo; si desea pedir para llevar, hay que estar media hora intentando llamar para que contesten. Y todo esto sin mencionar los altísimos tiempos de espera, que en ciertos momentos llegan a ser de hasta dos horas. Una total falta de respeto hacia los clientes.
