Firehouse Subs Jeffrey Plaza

The worst quality of a firehouse sub I have EVER gotten. I just moved to the area and wanted to try this location because I love the Smokehouse Beef Cheddar Brisket. There was 1 4 of the amount of meat on my sub and the other sub as well. The bread seemed stale crumbly. I will NEVER order from there again. Really big turn off for the price and it being one of my favorite places to eat :

This place has repeatedly served me cold food that is consistently wrong...as a matter of fact I've never gotten an order from there that was correct, I've tried all ways to order,I just ordered online today and all my requests were on the receipt but nothing was paid attention to every sandwich had everything on them and were cold and I got there early to pick them up so there is no excuse, my shop will NEVER WASTE ANOTHER DIME ON THEIR OVERPRICED CAFETERIA SANDWICHES.....firefighters should get their name off this chain asap!!!!!!

First off my online order wouldn't go through so I went to the location and placed an order. Went back 10 minutes later lady asked me my name and suddenly I had two waters the one that I had ordered and my online order. Had to call the 188 number to cancel my order still don't know if it is canceled. On top of that, this place may be under new ownership sandwiches were very low quality and my pickles with the smallest that I have ever seen. To be honest I probably won't be back to that location.

Service was great. The lead acknowledged you upon entry and was very informative regarding service times allowing you to make a judgment call as to order are leave. Most places aren't willing to do this and in the process you wait extended minutes fir your food just to get some hot and some cold. GREAT JOB FIREHOUSE!!!!!!!!

Online order was placed at 12:42pm was told 15 mins for pick up. Finally got food at 1:33pm, not a complicated order, small meatball sub. Store was dirty, had no ice in soda machine. Manager was helping until the 3rd person showed up then went in back while the other 2 workers made sandwiches very slowly. Poor people who ordered in store waited probably an hr for their food. I don’t normally leave reviews but people need to know that they will be waiting a long time if they order from this Firehouse Subs.
