Rally's - Florissant

I love Rally's, I think their food is great. However, what I can't stand is always getting different food than what I actually ordered. When I order a Baconzilla with no ketchup, no mayo, and cheese sauce, that does not mean I want a Baconzilla with a lot of mayo, a little bit of ketchup, and no cheese sauce. And when I order one of these limited time Sourdough Burgers, I shouldn't receive a regular hamburger on untoasted white bread. You've completely changed the order at that point, it's no longer what I paid for. And this is a consistent issue, the past three times I've been to this Rally's location, they can not get the food right at all. It's a serious issue, and it's seriously making me reconsider where I want to go on nights my family orders out.

I just left from Rally’s I’m a bus driver trying to get lunch and couldn’t because they are not taking walk up orders what a joke and how inconvenient for me now I can’t eat what I want
